Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Before you proceed, please review what happens when your account is deleted.

When you use Munshi G, we store the following data associated with your account:

  • receipt_long Digital receipt history and transaction metadata
  • person Profile information (name, email, business details)
  • analytics Usage analytics and app preferences
  • loyalty Loyalty points and reward history

Request Submitted

Your deletion request is logged and begins processing immediately.

Grace Period (7 days)

You have 7 days to change your mind and reactivate your account.

Permanent Removal (30 days)

All personal data is permanently erased from our servers within 30 days.

warning Before You Delete

Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. The following data will be lost:

  • close All receipt history and transaction records
  • close Pending loyalty points and rewards
  • close Business profile and settings
  • close Account recovery will not be possible
